How access works
Once you have booked a storage unit on our website, you will receive a personal six-digit access code by SMS
Enter the code at the main entrance and press "enter". When the correct code is entered, the door will open automatically and remain open for three minutes before closing again.
If you need to open the door again, you must enter the code again from the outside, or use the key switch located on the inside.
Each storage unit already has a padlock fitted to the door, and this padlock must be used. Using your own padlock is not permitted. The tenant uses the key that is already in the padlock when the rental begins, while we keep a spare key.
When the rental period has ended and the storage unit has been emptied, the padlock must be placed back on the storage unit door with the key left in the lock.
