<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="14" data-end="172">Toten Minilager is operated by Peter Aas AS, a family-owned company with roots dating back to 1923. Today, the company is managed by me, <strong data-start="151" data-end="171">Peter Magnus Aas</strong>.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="174" data-end="387">Peter Aas AS owns and operates, among other businesses, the <strong data-start="234" data-end="309">Kiwi grocery store and the textile shop located next to Toten Minilager</strong>, in addition to property management and commercial property rental in Skreia.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="389" data-end="679">Toten Minilager is located at Elisenfoss, Rossgutua 2. Elisenfoss is a well-known commercial property in Skreia and has been used for various types of business activities over many years. The building offers plenty of space, easy access and a location that makes it well suited for storage.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="681" data-end="873">As parts of the building became available, I wanted to use the space in a way that would be useful to both private individuals and businesses in the local area. The result was Toten Minilager.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="875" data-end="1095">Our goal is simple: to provide <strong data-start="906" data-end="972">safe, practical and affordable storage units locally in Skreia</strong>. We aim to keep our prices reasonable while making booking, payment and access to your storage unit as simple as possible.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-section-id="leoi1s" data-start="0" data-end="20">How access works</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="22" data-end="137">Once you have booked a storage unit on our website, you will receive a personal <strong data-start="102" data-end="136">six-digit access code by SMS</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="139" data-end="302">Enter the code at the main entrance and press "enter". When the correct code is entered, the door will open automatically and remain open for <strong data-start="263" data-end="280">three minutes</strong> before closing again.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="304" data-end="432">If you need to open the door again, you must enter the code again from the outside, or use the key switch located on the inside.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="434" data-end="686">Each storage unit already has a padlock fitted to the door, and this padlock must be used. <strong data-start="525" data-end="569">Using your own padlock is not permitted.</strong> The tenant uses the key that is already in the padlock when the rental begins, while we keep a spare key.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="688" data-end="847" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">When the rental period has ended and the storage unit has been emptied, the padlock must be placed back on the storage unit door with the key left in the lock.</p>

Bring your booking code to your chosen location. Pick up the tool, and you are ready for your project. Deliver the product at the same place when you are done.
